Email mailing list
Consent to inclusion in the mailing list
If the User has voluntarily subscribed to the U WAGEN mailing list through the registration page of the Website (or through an email asking the User to confirm their consent), consent is considered to be explicit (“express”), and the User will receive email communications from U WAGEN.
If the User has not registered voluntarily, it is possible that his email address is found on the U WAGEN list for one or more of the reasons listed below:
– the User has contacted U WAGEN for a request for information on its products or services;
– the User is a current customer or has already been a customer of U WAGEN;
– the User has given his business card and/or contact information as part of a professional exchange (for example: during a trade show).
At this time, their consent is considered implicit (“tacit”), that is to say that the User has agreed to receive communications from U WAGEN.
On the other hand if…
The User has displayed his email address publicly on his website for the purpose of receiving commercial communications, it is possible that U WAGEN has added this email address to his mailing list in the belief that his professional services or products could be of interest to the User. ‘User. Where applicable , the User has not implicitly consented to being part of the U WAGEN mailing list.
Confirmation of express consent (“express”)
If the User wishes to receive communications by email from U WAGEN, he can enter his email in the form designated at the bottom of the page.
Canceling consent – removing from mailing list
The User may withdraw their consent at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link included at the bottom of the emails sent, in accordance with Canadian anti-spam law C-28. U WAGEN will immediately honor the request through the MailChimp mechanism.
If the User experiences problems with the unsubscribe system, he can contact U WAGEN to be removed from the list:

Confidentiality
U WAGEN protects, through appropriate security measures depending on the circumstances, the personal information and email addresses entrusted to it. For the detailed and complete privacy policy, refer to our Privacy Policy.
U WAGEN does not sell, rent or share the User’s email address with third parties. The email address (and other personal information such as the User’s name) remains confidential and will only be used by U WAGEN in the context of its email communications.
U WAGEN only sends email campaigns to users who have explicitly given their consent to receive its communications by email. U WAGEN does not send email campaigns to lists of addresses obtained otherwise; this practice is illegal in Canada.
Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Law, the User can have free access to any personal information that U WAGEN holds about him. He may require that inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information be rectified or destroyed. Any request for communication, rectification or destruction must be made according to the procedure described in the Personal Information Protection and Confidentiality Policy, Complaint Handling Process section.
